The C.O.D. Ranch was restored with the charm and beautiful rustic simplicity of the Southwest. The rooms and casitas are furnished in Mexican Colonial furniture and rugs with original art by local artists. You may choose a private casita, or a casita with shared accommodations. Some casitas have full kitchens, fire places, private porches and lovely views. Rates vary depending on the size and duration of your group's stay. Contact us to get the best and most up to date information.
All rates Include breakfast. Casitas are priced for a certain number of people, however, you can add to the number for an additional charge of $30.00 per person per night.
Pricing for groups includes three meals and refreshments.
All rates will have tax & gratuity added.
Ask the manager about our discount for a stay of five or more nights.
June, July and August stays qualify for a 15% summer rates discount.
Guests are free to prepare their own meals in the casitas with kitchens or use the Ranch barbeque. The Ranch staff will prepare your cooking fire or bonfire. The Guest Ranch provides kitchen supplies. There is no local grocery store.
Payment Terms:
Groups: $1,000.00 non-refundable booking deposit is due upon signing of the contract. The balance is divided into two payments due prior to the event.
Cancellation: Cancellations under 90 days forfeit all monies and are not eligible for refunds.
Payments: Cash, Checks, Visa or Mastercard.
Large and Small Casitas
Casitas contain a master bedroom with a beautiful queen bed from Mexico, another single bed, 2 full baths, a full kitchen and a living room. Each contains another queen bed, single bed, a fireplace, and a private porch.
Main House
You may also rent our main house if you are renting the entire guest ranch. It features a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen, breakfast/dining sun room, private bedroom with a full bath that includes a beautifully tiled Jacuzzi tub.
Private Rooms
Most of the rooms at our guest ranch & retreat center contain a queen bed and a single bed, private entrance, full bath, and some of the rooms overlook the wildlife preserve.
