Steve Malkin spent most of his young years, day dreaming with the Old West.
After graduating from the U. of Arizona, Steve discovered the C.O.D. Ranch during a hike in Oracle. The ranch originally owned by the Huggett's family was in physical ruin.
"I’d found it!” Steve exclaimed, among the majestic boulders he had discovered the “original” campsite of the Lone Ranger and Tonto. It was love at first sight!
Steve began an eighteen year passionate journey restoring the COD ranch.
