COD Ranch Events | The Historic C.O.D. Ranch is one of the most breathtaking historical ranches in the State of Arizona. Whether you are looking to plan your Wedding or Elopement, a Wellness Retreat, a Family Reunion or other Event, our ranch’s views are unmatched, blissful and inspiring. Our accommodations are authentic, comfortable and perfect for meditation and reflection. Our ranch kitchen caters nourishing meals for a variety of diets and can create a custom menu for any type or size of event, retreat or gathering.

  • Our Main House C.O.D. Ranch Main House hacienda (available with some event bookings and retreats) features:
    • Large outdoor deck patio and lawn area with room to seat 250 guests
    • Large dining hall with leather and iron chairs which seats up to 90 people and looks out across Oracle State Park toward the Galiuro Mountains and the San Pedro River
    • Private formal dining room with 10 riveted leather chairs surrounding an elegant wood dining table looking out on the ranch and mountain vistas, with a wood-burning fireplace at the end of the room
    • Banquet hall area with stunning vista views
    • Commercial kitchen for catering staff or private chef
  • 26 delightfully appointed rustic casitas reflective of the old west and colonial Mexico with a combined capacity of up to 90 sleepover guests
  • Catering services available: We can bring in a private chef or caterer for your event, with the option to customize your group’s menu to satisfy and meet your group and individual needs
  • Hold your indoor event, meeting or retreat our beautifully remodeled barn “Wilma’s Barn” transformed into a ~2700 square feet meeting room or ballroom or in our smaller ~700 event center, the “Glass House” Pavilion
  • Hold your outdoor event in one of our 6 outdoor spaces, each with stunning mountain and canyon views:
    • Top of the Hill (Seats up to 200)
    • The Lawn @ The Barn (Seats 150)
    • The Edge @ The Pavilion (Seats 150)
    • The Lawn @ Main House (Seats 150)
    • The Deck @ Main House (Seats 100)
  • Our ranch sits on 32 acres, nestled between the 36,000 acre Coronado National Forest and a bordering ~4,000 acre state park and wildlife preserve
